Nei Gong / Qi Gong
* Then we always practice Zhan Zhuang (also called Standing).
* The third part which we often include is Huang Sheng Shyan Song Gong.
We might also sometime include:
* Yan Shou Gong (Shaolin Qi Gong)
* Qi Gong

Our main form training is Cheng Man-ch'ing Yang Form 37.
Around 30 min.
We always try to include push hands or other partner drills.
Around 30 min.
We sometime also practice Aikido and Qinna techniques.
Some specific Qi Gong exercises may also be included.

* Aikido Kumi-jo (Sugawara Sensei jo/bokken)
