Standing
https://scottjeffrey.com/zhan-zhuang/
This is about getting the body to relax in the RIGHT way. This never ends. There are many layers in the body you can work with. It's a bit like peeling an onion. There is always a new tension behind the tension you see at the moment and work with. It is also about structuring and straightening the body in the RIGHT way. You are, as I am, a little "nerdy" when it comes to training, so I think you can appreciate it.
